Nice, dude, nice.

People that take this too seriously need to get smacked.

Seriously.

This is quite obviously a parody of virtually every single fighting type anime show ever created. The voice acting was great, as always. The animation was in classic Egoraptor style, and the jokes and over exaggeration had me rolling.

Great job, man. Keep up the good work.

Great movie, and about Nazo...

This movie, as well as the first half, are perhaps the best looking Sonic Flashes I've ever seen. Your style was beautiful, the sound was great, and everything ran smoothly. Keep up the good work!

And about this Nazo character... If you're a sonic fan, I'm sure you're watching the news on the new next gen Sonic game. If you have, you might have seen Silver the Hedgehog. After looking at pictures of both of them side by side, I can guess that "Nazo" might actually be Silver.

If it isn't Silver, then it could possibly be "Hyper Sonic". Anyone who's played Sonic 3 and Knuckles knows you can get the Hyper Emeralds after collecting the Chaos Emeralds. "Hyper Sonic" was a whiteish-blue and flashed similar to an invincible star from the Mario Games. Also, "Nazo" has green eyes, just like sonic does, which adds evidence to the claim.

Either way, this was an excellent flash movie, and I can't wait to see it concluded. Untill then, keep up the good work!

Chakra-X responds:

I could see Nazo being Hyper Sonic, but definitely not Silver. That image was around way before talks for the new Sonic game were around. But glad you enjoyed it!

Good idea, poor execution

The last section of the game where you must build the castle is virtually impossible to beat with the goombas dropping down on you, and you have nowhere safe to create the tower. You have to constantly switch back and forth to keep alive, and while you're doing that, you can't kill the goombas coming down to attack you. This is a major flaw as far as I see it. It goes past the "challenging" aspect and into the "play this game for an hour before you master it just to get passed this one section."

Overall, the game has promise, but unless you think stuff through like that, it isn't going to fly with most casual gamers methinks.

Hard mode is just stupid

Normal mode was alright, despite the fact that the weapons were hard to get and I had to grind alot to beat the bosses.

But then, once you beat the game, Hard Mode is next to impossible. Enemies have over 10 times their HP and give next to no EXP. How are you supposed to kill these monsters with "weak" equipment and no levels? Seriously, its just bad game planning.

Other than that, I found the game to be acceptable. But the Hard difficulty is what killed the game for me.

Well put together...

I love everything about the game, except for the difficulty. I found it too difficult even with the 10 shield points and the mouse controls. Another thing I didn't like was that each time I died, I had to start from the very beginning of the game. I'm not sure if that was how the original game that you were trying to emulate worked, but I found it increasingly frustrating to the point where I just stopped playing.

Perhaps, if your shield returned at the beginning of each level, and you restarted at the beginning of the level you were currently on when you died, I think I could give you a higher rating. This may be a great game for nostalgic shooter fans, but for the casual gamer, I found it to be too difficult to play and enjoy.

Overall, everything else was wonderful.

SECOND!! THIS IS A CONSTRUCTIVE AND MEANINGFUL REVIEW!!

The deep and insightful nature of your comment warms my soul. Thank you for this life-changing experience.

What the!?

I LIVE with you and missed you making this. How the hell did that happen? In any case, I really like this song. The melody and stuff are very happy and cheerful. Doesn't sound epic or over the top, but is just a "fun" song to listen to. So, bavo bro, and keep up the fun stuff. =D

I hear something familiar...

First, I love how this song functions on multiple levels. It's clearly the FF7 Battle Theme, but it's also an actual remix, not just a cover. Second, I like that I hear some notes similar to one of Zero's themes from the MegaManX Series. Regardless, I really like this song, even with all the rock remixes of this out there. Great job! =D
